“That’s what she set” are the Thursday Beginner Volleyball Champions of the Fall ‘24 Season, after defeating “Empire Spikes Back” 2-0!
“That’s what she set” entered the playoffs as the heavy favorite to win the Championship but they had to defeat a very formidable “Empire Spikes Back” team before they could be crowned the champions! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. “That’s what she set” was able to come together and force “Empire Spikes Back” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 21-18. “That’s what she set” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “Empire Spikes Back” played their hearts out but “That’s what she set” was too hot to handle. “That’s what she set” went on to win the second match 21-12 and became the champions of Thursday Beginner Volleyball!
