"Pitches Be Crazy" is our Midtown Division champion, winning a couple of extremely close games in the process.
The theme of the night was offense, and in their first game of the night they won a thrilling 9-8 game, putting up just enough runs to take the victory. They followed that up in the championship with an 8-6 over "All In." to take the title.
All season "Pitches Be Crazy" showed they were the team to beat, and when it came to the playoffs that proved true. After getting their bearings in the first couple of games their offense exploded, leading to a league high +43 point differential. In fact, there was a seven game span where our champs scored at least 9 runs. That run ended in the championship game, though they still scored 8 in the title win.
Congratulations to "Pitches Be Crazy" on the fantastic season and we wish them the best of luck next season!
