After two exciting weeks of pickleball playoffs, the Thursday Beginner League has wrapped up with a thrilling finish and one team rising to the top as champion. The postseason began with a single first-round matchup, as the 8th and 9th seeds battled for a spot in the quarterfinals. Team C came out strong and swept The Real Dills 3-0, earning their place in the next round.
With the first-round byes behind them, the higher seeds stepped onto the court for some high-stakes quarterfinal action. The top-seeded Really Big Dills faced off against the newly victorious Team C and had to dig deep to survive a tough match, ultimately winning 2-1. Gherkins and Stay Out of the Kitchen played a nail-biter, with Gherkins narrowly taking the win 2-1. Mizz Picklez also faced a close match against The Dinklebergs but managed to come out on top 2-1. Meanwhile, the Pickle Princesses cruised through their quarterfinal match with a dominant 3-0 sweep over Dink Dink.
The semifinals featured four strong teams ready to leave it all on the court. Really Big Dills, continuing their strong run as the top seed, showed no signs of slowing down and shut out the 4th seed with an impressive 3-0 victory. On the other side of the bracket, second-seeded Mizz Picklez took on the surging Pickle Princesses and matched the energy of the top seed, winning 3-0 to secure their spot in the finals.
The championship match was set: the top two seeds, Really Big Dills and Mizz Picklez, clashing for the title. In the end, the number one seed proved exactly why they earned that top spot. With sharp teamwork, consistent play, and unwavering momentum, Really Big Dills swept Mizz Picklez 3-0 to win the championship and close out an incredible season.

After two thrilling weeks of competitive play, the Thursday Intermediate League has officially crowned its champions—and the road to the top was filled with intensity, skill, and some serious pickleball prowess.
The playoffs began with the 5th and 4th seeds facing off, while the top three seeds enjoyed a well-earned first-round bye. Team Q took the court against Insert Pickle Pun, but it was all Insert Pickle Pun from the start. With sharp coordination and confident play, they swept Team Q 3-0 and advanced to the semifinals.
The semifinals featured the top seeds, and the action didn’t disappoint. First up, the number one seed Certified Lobber Boys stepped onto the court with a mission and delivered a commanding performance, shutting out Insert Pickle Pun 3-0. On the other side of the bracket, the second-seeded Dink Dongs faced off against third-seeded Baby Got Backhand. With consistency and calm under pressure, Dink Dongs swept the match 3-0 to set up a championship battle between the top two seeds.
In the finals, it was a clash of titans: Certified Lobber Boys versus Dink Dongs, a showdown of the league’s very best. But the Lobber Boys weren’t about to let the title slip through their fingers. In dominant fashion, they delivered a final 3-0 sweep, securing the championship without dropping a single game throughout the playoffs.
