Third Seed, First Place: Street Meats Dominate the Finals!

The Monday night Beginner Volleyball playoffs brought intense competition, with the top three seeds—Set It Off, Fireball, and Street Meats—earning byes into the semifinals. The action kicked off with Hitters Gonna Hit facing off against Leave to Serve in a thrilling quarterfinal match. Hitters Gonna Hit battled their way to a 2-1 victory, securing their spot in the semifinals.

In the first semifinal, top-seeded Set It Off took on the underdog Hitters Gonna Hit and showcased their dominance, sweeping the match 2-0 without the need for a third set. Their strong performance secured them a place in the championship game.

On the other side of the bracket, #2 Fireball went head-to-head with #3 Street Meats in what many expected to be a tight contest. However, Street Meats proved unstoppable, claiming a 2-0 victory and punching their ticket to the finals.

The championship showdown saw #1 Set It Off take on #3 Street Meats in a battle for the title. Despite Set It Off's top-seeded status, Street Meats delivered an incredible performance, sweeping the finals 2-0 to be crowned Monday Beginner Volleyball Champions!

Congratulations to Street Meats on their championship victory, and great job to all teams for an exciting season!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
