“Big Dig Energy’” are the Wednesday Intermediate Volleyball Champions of the Winter ‘25 Season, after defeating “Volleycule” 2-0!
“Big Dig Energy” entered the playoffs as the heavy favorite to win the Championship but they had to defeat a very formidable “Ruckus” squad before they could be crowned the champions! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. “Big Dig Energy” was able to come together and force “Ruckus” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 21-16. “Big Dig Energy” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “Ruckus” played their hearts out but “Big Dig Energy” was too hot to handle. “Big Dig Energy” went on to win the second match 21-15 and became the champions of the Wednesday Intermediate Volleyball league!
