“Boo Cakes” are the Thursday Intermediate Volleyball Champions of the Fall ‘24 Season, after defeating “Volley Llamas” 2-0!
“Boo Cakes” entered the playoffs as the heavy favorite to win the Championship but they had to defeat a very formidable “Volley Llamas” team before they could be crowned the champions! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. “Boo Cakes” were able to come together and force “Volley Llamas” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 21-12. “Boo Cakes” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “Volley Llamas” played their hearts out but “Boo Cakes” were too hot to handle. “Boo Cakes” went on to win the second match 21-13 and became the champions of Thursday Intermediate Volleyball!
