“The Spinsters” are the Tuesday Beginner Pickleball Champions of the Summer ‘24 Season, after defeating “Cucumberball” 2-0!
It was the playoffs for Tuesday Pickleballl last night and it did not disappoint! After two very hard fought semifinal matches, the championship was finally set. “The Spinsters” and “Cucumberball” were the last two teams remaining in the tournament and no one knew who was going to take home the title! “The Spinsters” jumped out of the gates on fire in the first game of the match and took an early 1-0 lead in the championship. It looked like “The Spinsters” was going to be crowned the champions after the second game but “Cucumberball” had other ideas for game two. “Cucumberball” changed up their game plan and were able to keep the match competitive all the way till the end with their amazing teamwork! It was tied up between these two heavy weights and it all came down to the last few points of the game. “The Spinsters” was able to find a groove late in the second game and became the champions of Tuesday Beginner Pickleball!

“Kind of a Big Dill” are the Tuesday Intermediate Pickleball Champions of the Summer ‘24 Season, after defeating “Undrafted” 2-1!
It was the playoffs for Tuesday Pickleballl last night and it did not disappoint! After two very hard fought semifinal matches, the championship was finally set. “Kind of a Big Dill” and “Undrafted” were the last two teams remaining in the tournament, and no one knew who was going to take home the title! “Kind of a Big Dill” jumped out of the gates on fire in the first game of the match and took an early 1-0 lead in the championship. It looked like “Kind of a Big Dill” was going to be crowned the champions after the second game but “Undrafted” had other ideas for game two. “Undrafted” changed up their game plan and was able to win the second game with their amazing teamwork! It was tied up after two games between these two heavy weights and it all came down to the third and final match. “Kind of a Big Dill” took an early lead in the third game with some incredible serves, but “Undrafted” came right back with some impressive rallies of their own. “Kind of a Big Dill” was able to find a groove late in the third game and won the match to become the champions of Tuesday Pickleball!
