“Setters of Catan” are the Monday Volleyball Champions of the Late Spring ‘23 Season, after defeating “sPikeHub” 2-0!
“Setters of Catan” entered the playoffs with an undefeated record and wanted to cap off the perfect season with a championship victory, but they had to defeat a very formidable “sPikeHub” team before they could be crowned the champions Monday Volleyball! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. However, “Setters of Catan” were able to come together and force “sPikeHub” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 21-16. “Setters of Catan” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “sPikeHub” played their hearts out, but “Setters of Catan” were too hot to handle. “Setters of Catan” went on to win the second match 21-12 and were able to finish the season undefeated and remain perfect!
