"Deez Nutz are Blue Diamond" entered the final week as one of the favorites to win the Championship, but they had to beat a very talented “Team B” squad before they could be crowned the champions. These two powerhouse teams met previously during the regular season, and both of those games did not disappoint. Everyone was expecting another great battle between these two heavy weights, and that's exactly what they got. The championship started out with both teams playing amazing defense and making great play after great play. But “Deez Nutz are Blue Diamond” was finally able to break through the tremendous “Team B” defense and scored their first point of the match. “Team B” came right back and completed an incredible pass in the endzone and tied it up, but “Deez Nutz are Blue Diamond” was unstoppable! “Deez Nutz are Blue Diamond” never looked back after their second score, and they proved to everyone that they are the champions of Ultimate Frisbee!
