"Adam's Illegitimate Kids" are our Downtown Division champions, going an unbeaten 9-0-1 in the process. They also nearly doubled any other team in the division with a +46 point differential, proving their excellence on both sides of the ball.
They entered the night as the top season in the bracket, fresh off of a big 10-4 win over "Gucci Gang". Little did they know at the time the two would face off again in the division title. But to get there "Adam's Illegitimate Kids" had to defeat #4 "Kickin' Ain't Easy" first, and they did so in a 3-1 win.
In the championship game against "Gucci Gang" it was much of the same, with "Adams Illegitimate Kids" holding their opponent to just 1 run while scoring twice themselves. In fact, throughout the season they held opponents to 1 or less runs in 7 out of their 10 games. So this was nothing new for our champs.

"Shartnado" is our Midtown Division champion, running the table with a perfect 10-0 record in the process. But while they were perfect, there were some close calls along the way, especially at the end of the season and into the playoffs!
In fact both of their playoff games were nail-biters, starting with a slim 4-3 over "If These Balls Could Talk" in the semifinals. The game was a much closer than their previous matchup, which ended in a 5-0 "Shartnado" victory.
In the championship "Shartnado" held their opponent "Ball Khickers" to 3 runs, all while putting up 5 of their own. It definitely a tough game, but one that our champs knew they'd take home anyway over the #3 seeded squad.
Congratulations to "Shartnado" on the incredible season! Their +42 point differential more than doubled any other team, and they proved why they were the best team in the division throughout the playoffs.
