Best of the Best

The "Bad New Beers" are our Wednesday night champions, defeating the "Nasty Ashleys" in an incredible 8-7 league title game.

It was only fitting the top 2 teams would face off for the league title, especially given they were neck and neck through the season. In their regular season meeting the "Nasty Ashleys" squeaked by with a 5-4 win. Unfortunately for them the tables were flipped for the championship game.

Both squads were also head and shoulders above the rest of the league in run differential, with the "Bad News Beers" at a +50 and their counterpart at a +52.

Offense was certainly the key to victory this season for the "Bad News Beers", who routinely put up gaudy run totals. They scored 10 or more runs 5 times this season, along with an impressive 8 runs in the championship game. That 8 runs was double anything else the "Nasty Ashleys" had allowed this season.

Congratulations to the "Bad News Beers" on an incredible season!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
