"Bunch of Turkeys" is our Monday Bowling champion, taking down "Balls of Fire" with a convincing 11-4 win! Having faced each other just last week, both teams knew what they were in for in this week's rematch for the league title. Still, "Bunch of Turkeys" was the better team and showed it once again!
From the get-go "Bunch of Turkeys" was a top team, starting off with an 11-4 win followed by a perfect 15-0 win the very next week. From there they cruised at #1 while the rest of the league battled it out to be their championship opponent. Just once this season they were put to the test, losing to "That 1 F'in Pin" 9-5.
In the end our champs finish with 76 points, head and shoulders above the rest of the league. 2nd place finished with 60 points, while 3rd and 4th end with 56 points. In fact, the difference between "Bunch of Turkeys" and 2nd place was nearly the same as the distance from 2nd to 7th. Now that's dominance!
Congratulations to "Bunch of Turkeys" on the championship! It's well deserved!
