Hee-Haw!

The "Swamp Donkeys" are our Friday Softball champions, defending last season's title and going back-to-back! Overall they finish with an impressive 9-1 record along with a league-leading +59 point differential, thanks in part to their offensive prowess. In total our champs reached double-digits in runs scored 7 times. Not included was a 9-run game as well. To say they could hit was an understatement!

As the #1 team heading into the playoffs the title was theirs to lose. In the first round they showed why, knocking out "Team A" by the score of 11-1. A 7-run 2nd inning was all they needed to put the game away. On the other side of the bracket "Swinger's Club" took care of business against "Good Wood", notching a 10-5 win to make it to the championship game.

In the championship game the "Swamp Donkeys" once again relied on their potent offense. Through the first 4 innings the picked up at least a run, including a 3-run second inning. After four innings the score was 6-0, with "Swinger's Club" having showed nothing on offense up to that point. The would finally break the shutout in the top of the 5th inning, but aside from the one run they wouldn't get much else!

Congratulations to the "Swamp Donkeys" on winning the Friday night league title!

How are Standings Calculated?
Winners receive 2 points, each team in a tie receives 1 point, and losers receive 0 points. If you forfeit, you lose a point, so don't forfeit! Plus, two forfeits make your team ineligible for playoffs.

Teams are ranked by (1) Ranking Points, (2) Head to Head Two Teams Only*, (3) Point Differential, (4) Coin Toss.

Head to Head is only used if there are two teams tied. Ties involving 3+ teams disregard H2H and move on to point differential for the tiebreaker.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
