New standards have been set as the "D-Bagz" have taken the Wednesday night Cornhole championship once again! This time around they went an undefeated 10-0, knocking opponents out left and right. Their dominance this season can't be understated either, giving up just four total points all season, only one of which came in the playoffs against higher-caliber teams!
On Board 1 of our quarter-final round, "Warriors Choked" pulled off a commanding upset victory over #3 "Shuck It", winning 3-0. On Board 2 "Shut Your Corn Hole" also won 3-0, defeating "Corn Thugs n Hominy."
In our semi-final round on Board 1, the underdog "Warriors Choked" continued their hot streak, taking the win over "Amateur Corn" 3-1. Meanwhile on Board 2, "D-Bagz" dominated the game winning by yet another 3-0 scoreline over "Shut Your Corn Hole."
This led to a showdown of titans in the championship game with the epic battle between "Warriors Choked" and "D-Bagz." This intense match was decided by the stellar play of "D-Bagz" as they triumphed in a hard fought 3-1 victory over "Warriors Choked". Nearly a cinderella-type underdog story, but fittingly the "D-Bagz" were more than happy to end that storybook ending.
