"Bad Intentions" are our Tuesday Night Bowling League Champions after winning a closely contested championship game.
Throughout the season "Bad Intentions" was one of our better teams, even doing so with quite a low handicap. By the end of season, right before position week, they were tied with "Pin Pals" for first with 14 total points. These two teams couldn't have been any closely matched. Even throughout the season they had managed a 1-1 record against each other.
The championship game between the two was as expected, with both teams bringing their 'A' games. "Bad Intentions" picked up a win in the first game by a 28-pin margin. But, "Pin Pals" wouldn't go down easily and was able to scrap to a win of their own in game two. Unfortunately for "Pin Pals" their margin of victory of 7 was not enough to overcome their 28-pin loss earlier on, so "Bad Intentions" was able to pick up the final two points thanks to a final overall pin count.
Congrats to "Bad Intentions" on the 3-1 championship win! We hope to see them back for a title defense.
