"Nick's Angels" won the championship last night on a run that saw them defeat both "Cornstars" and "Earth, Wind, and Flannel" by the score of 3-1 before reaching the final. Their championship game opponents, "Shazam", also pulled out 2 consecutive 3-1 victories.
The turning point of the championship game came with "Shazam" up 2-1 after three games. With the season on the line, Nick and Jill (Nick's Angels) tied things back up at two apiece before going on to win the final game in a cornhole match for the ages.
