“Blockamoles” are the Wednesday Volleyball Champions of the Late Spring ‘22 Season, after defeating “Ball Slappers” 2-0!
“Blockamoles” entered the playoffs one seed and the heavy favorite to win the Championship but they had to defeat a very formidable “Ball Slappers” team before they could be crowned the champions! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. “Blockamoles” were able to come together and force “Ball Slappers” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 21-17. “Blockamoles” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “Ball Slappers” played their hearts out but “Blockamoles” were too hot to handle. “Blockamoles” went on to win the second match 22-20 and became the champions of Wednesday Volleyball!
