“Big Dig Energy” are the Wednesday Volleyball Champions of the Late Spring ‘22 Season, after defeating “Hits Don’t Lie” 2-0!
“Big Dig Energy” entered the playoffs as one of the heavy favorites to win the Championship but they had to defeat a very formidable “Hits Don’t Lie” team before they could be crowned the champions! The first set started out as a tight match with both teams exchanging points between good hits and great serves. “Big Dig Energy” was able to come together and force “Hits Don’t Lie” to commit errors that allowed them to win the first set 21-9. “Big Dig Energy” continued their dominance into the second set by performing bump, set and spike to perfection! “Hits Don’t Lie” played their hearts out but “Big Dig Energy” was too hot to handle. “Big Dig Energy” went on to win the second match 21-14 and became the champions of Wednesday Volleyball!
