“Block Party” are the Friday Volleyball Champions of the Summer 23 Season, after defeating “Good Ups” 2-0!
“Block Party” came into the playoffs as the #3 seed and as one of the heavy favorites to take home the title, but they had to defeat a very formidable “Good Ups” team before they could be crowned the champions! “Block Party” came out on fire in the first set, and did not allow “Good Ups” to get anything going. “Block Party” won the first game 21-18 because of their impressive serves and amazing team work. “Block Party” also took an early lead in the second match and they never looked back from there. “Block Party” won the second set 21-12 and became the champions of Friday Volleyball by performing bump, set and spike to perfection!
Congratulations to “Block Party” on becoming the Friday Volleyball Champions of the Summer ‘23 season!
