Our 2014 Summer Spiker Volleyball league wrapped up last night as A Bump for Diggler faced off against Plan B in the last game of the regular season, and then again in the Championship game.
Having won the championship in the previous season, and having lost only one game all season, A Bump For Diggler entered the finals with the confidence and swagger of a champion. Plan B, however would not be intimidated and were eager to prove that they would be up for the challenge.
With the whistle blown, the games began and A Bump for Diggler held nothing back. With killer hits, unbelievable saves, and strategic tips, they won the first games quickly. Plan B knew that in order to have a chance at glory, they had to step up their game, communicate, and make smart plays. They did just that and won the next match. Their victory was short lived as A Bump for Diggler rallied together and made a grand entrance in to the final game and earned the Spiker Champions crown.
Congratulations to A Bump for Diggler and to all who played in the Spiker league this season.
