“Spider Rolls” are the Monday Sand Volleyball Champions of the Fall ‘22 Season, after defeating “Return to Sender” 2-0!
It was a night to remember at our Sand Volleyball playoffs! The match that decided the champion was between “Spider Rolls” and “Return to Sender”, and it did not disappoint. In the first game it seemed like “Return to Sender” had a golden opportunity to win the first match, but “Spider Rolls” performed bump, set and spike to perfection and claimed victory in the first game. “Spider Rolls” went on to win the first set 21-17 and looked to continue their dominance into the second set, but “Return to Sender” had other ideas. The second game started off as a nail biter, with both teams matching each other point for point with great hits and amazing serves. The championship seemed to be up for grabs until “Spider Rolls” turned up the heat and melted “Return to Sender” with a 21-13 victory and winning the championship!
