The "Glory Holes" are our Wednesday Cornhole champions, taking down their first round opponent in a sweep before defeating biggest rival of the season "CornHub" by the score of 3-1. It was a great ending to the season, especially after the two juggernauts had gone 1-1 against each other during the regular season. This time, when it mattered most, the "Glory Holes" were victorious.
Overall it was a dominant season from the champs, finishing with a 9-1 record that topped the league by a decent margin. Aside from their lone loss to "CornHub" in the very first game of the season, the "Glory Holes" were perfect. That includes a 9-game winning streak through the end of the playoffs, three of which were sweeps.
Only "CornHub" came close to them, finishing with a 7-2-1 record. Our champs also finished with a +21 point differential, beating their rivals in that category by 8 points.
Congratulations to "Glory Holes" on their nearly perfect season!
