Kickball - Tuesdays (Spring '19)

"El Muro" is our Midtown division champion, finally defeating "Go Kick Yourself" to take the title. It was a close game throughout, but our champs were able to pull it off with the 5-4 win.

The championship was the third time this season they took on "Go Kick Yourself", with their first two attempts resulting in defeat. However, when it mattered most our champs rose the occasion, taking them out in quite the nail-biter!

It was a tale of two season for "El Muro", who got off to a hot 4-0 start, rocketing to the top of the standings. Unfortunately at that point they hit a snag, losing the next three games, including back to back games to "Go Kick Yourself". But, just before the playoffs, they got back on their feet and defeated "Too Legit to Kick" to back back to their winning ways and put themselves into the playoffs as the #3 seed.

Overall "El Muro" finishes with a 7-3 record, along with a great +21 point differential. Defense was the name of the game for them, never letting things get too far out of hand, allowing them to stay in games no matter what inning.
