We're always on the lookout for fun additions to the Xoso Sports team. If you love sports, have an outgoing personality, and love meeting amazing people, this may be the job for you! Our priority is to make sure our players are having fun, first and foremost. We do that by making sure our leagues run smoothly and that competition takes a backseat to the social aspect as much as possible. Most of our players are just out to get some exercise, make new friends, and have fun.

 

For all positions, we're looking for a fun, social person with good customer service skills and a loud voice who is unafraid to make a ruling and stick to it, as well as resolve any disputes in a calm manner.



 

Applicant Qualifications:  

  • Must have reliable transportation to transport league gear
  • Must have a smart phone with data access
  • Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs of equipment 
  • Good knowledge of general rules of the sport you want to work, if no prior officiating experience.

 

Pay depends on experience, sport, and job duties. Generally $16.50-25/hour.

 

FLAG FOOTBALL

 

  • We're looking for a fun, social person with a loud voice who is confident in their knowledge of the game.
  • Must have experience playing football and a strong knowledge of the rules.
  • Prior officiating experience not required.
  • Weekend (Sunday) availability required.
  • Ability to cover other weeknight sports a plus.
  • Responsibilities include: Manage and report scores; Monitor games & ensure they run smoothly with league rules being followed at all times; Setup/breakdown of minor equipment; Monitor players to ensure they are following league etiquette and exhibiting good sportsmanship; Attract new players to the league, and encourage players to go to the league bar after their games.


 

CORNHOLE

  • We're looking for a fun, social person who enjoys meeting new people.
  • Must have experience playing cornhole and a strong knowledge of the rules.
  • Officiating experience not required.
  • Weeknight availability required.
  • Ability to cover other weeknight and weekend shifts on occasion a plus.
  • Responsibilities include: Manage and report scores; Ensure games run smoothly and league rules are followed at all times; Setup/breakdown of minor equipment; Monitor players to ensure they are following league etiquette and exhibiting good sportsmanship; Greet players and create an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.


 

BOCCE/ULTIMATE

  • We're looking for a fun, social person who enjoys meeting new people.
  • Officiating experience not required.
  • Wednesday night availability required.
  • Ability to cover other weeknight and weekend shifts on occasion a plus.
  • Responsibilities include: Manage and report scores; Ensure games run smoothly and league rules are followed at all times; Setup/breakdown of minor equipment; Monitor players to ensure they are following league etiquette and exhibiting good sportsmanship; Greet players and create an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
